He administered a thorough, lengthy hearing test; explaining what he was doing, why, and the results. I have never been a fan of going to the doctors office. Actually, that’s an understatement, I hate going to the doctor. That all changed as soon as I made my first appointment with HearCare in Sarasota. I have never experienced a more professional, kind, efficient, caring environment in a doctors’s office. My initial exam was with Danielle Rosende and she is incredible as well as every single person in that office. My experiences with them did not end with the initial appointment, as they have been kind and caring, despite the fact that I have lost my hearing aids twice! In my experience, dealing with other doctor offices, it has felt pretty normal to have to call several times in order for something to get done. This has never been the case with HearCare! It feels like the entire staff treats each patient as if they are the only person they have to deal with. Thank you to the entire staff at HearCare! I’m from New England and my primary care doctor Didn’t know of any audiologist Here she could refer me. So I went on Google checked out a few doctors. After reading Doctor Olsons and his wifes biography. I kinda got a good sense of things. I tend too shy away from Corporate run medical facilities, cause they tend to worry more about the money then their patients. The Doctor and his wife own & run this medical practice. ……..I was a bit nervous when I went to the appointment at 10:30 in the morning however, the staff at the desk was very helpful and very pleasant, you can see they enjoy their job. And when I met Dr. Olsen, he made me feel at ease. We initially sat down. He asked me questions. I told him what was going on with my hearing, after the initial interview ……he performed tests on me, after the test were done. We sat in his office and We went over the results of the test and whatever avenues I may have our options available to me. He took the time out to explain to me what was going on with my hearing. He was very professional and He has a nice personality and he’s easy to talk to, very down to earth. And I do not have any insurance, and this is out-of-pocket expense for me, and he was very fair in his price for me, Considering he spent so much time with me, which was probably a good hour, maybe more. When I get back to New England, I’ll need to speak to my Doctor. But it’s good to know when I’m down here in Florida. I was able to be seen quickly. He took the time to explain everything to me, putting my mind as ease. Arianna and the staff at HearCare were excellent! They scheduled me for same day cleaning and got my ears unplugged in a short period of time. Pricing was reasonable. I am a physician I have never been to a more pleasant, honest and professional office. Dr Olson took care of my mom and worked her through a hearing test, cleaning and eval of preexisting hearing aides. We felt confident and knew he would be there for us…. Recommend without Hesitation!
